At Kholo Crafts, we take great care in creating each handmade crochet doll. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return period starting from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

These steps help us process your request quickly and smoothly.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalized dolls.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

This ensures fairness and product safety for all customers.


How to Request a Return

To begin your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at kholocrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your name, order number, and a brief reason for the return.
  3. We will then send instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will gladly cover the cost.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds apply to the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your doll or toy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Additionally, include clear photos of the issue. We will review the details and arrange a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
