We do our best to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of each item. All prices are listed in ZAR and may change without notice.
Additionally, Kholo Crafts may update or discontinue products at any time. Handmade creativity sometimes takes new directions — yarn has a way of inspiring surprises.
3. Orders & Payments
We process orders once we receive full payment. Our shop accepts secure online payments through trusted third-party providers, such as PayPal, PayFast, or similar services. We never store or have access to your full payment information.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit. We always do our best to keep things smooth and stress-free.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship both locally and internationally using reputable courier services. Delivery times vary based on location and method. Once your order ships, we provide tracking details whenever possible.
